Finch On The Fence
UPDATED! This is a new acrylic I started working on that will be part of the “Farm Category” series of paintings. Since my last post I added some detail to this one and with this weekend NCAA Women’s college basketball playoff to be played in Minneapolis I thought it would be appropriate to feature. Notice the barb wire passes through the horseshoe and attached to the post is a cattle tag that features the Number “22” which just happens to be Iowa’s star basketball player Caitlyn Clarks number. The Goldfinch, Iowa’s state bird notices all this and is probably thinking fortune must favor the Hawkeyes. Prints are now available of this new piece. Go to the farm category to order.
